Use FlowEdit only for lawful editing of content you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your media and exports. Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy or other rights, distribute malicious files, or interfere with its operation.

Your files and responsibility

Keep independent copies of source media and exported work. Browser storage may be cleared or fail. This draft does not offer cloud backup, a service-level guarantee, or a promise that every codec works on every device.

Availability and liability

Features can change and errors may occur. Any limits on warranties or liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights. Final jurisdiction-specific terms require the operator’s details and review.

Voluntary support

Support payments, when enabled, are optional and do not buy storage, guaranteed support, an ownership interest, or additional editing rights unless expressly stated at checkout. No charitable status or tax deduction is represented.

The contracting operator, address where required, contact and governing-law provisions must be supplied before these draft terms are adopted.
