Export and troubleshoot

1. Step 1

   Start with a short test export in a recent Chrome or Edge browser. Device memory, graphics support and codecs affect what can be rendered.

2. Step 2

   Choose MP4 for broad playback compatibility or try WebM if MP4 encoding is unavailable. Include audio only when you want the audio tracks in the final video.

3. Step 3

   Wait for Your video is ready, play the preview and choose Download video or Save to a folder where supported. Embedded browsers may restrict downloads; open the same site in your regular browser if needed.

4. Step 4

   If export fails, note the visible error, lower the output resolution, shorten the project, and close memory-heavy tabs. Do not clear site data as a first troubleshooting step: it can delete your project.
